Our Staff
We believe the most knowledgeable Marvin specialists and service providers in the area are on our staff. Thanks to our extensive product training and continuing education, we can assist you in every aspect of your project--from executing design plans, to coordinating delivery and installation.
Collectively, we have over 90 years experience. Customer service does define us. For that simple reason, we have been the gold standard Marvin Windows and Doors dealer since we began our relationship with Marvin in 1992.

Bill Goodman, Sales Manager
Working as a carpenter for six years right out of college, Bill transitioned into window sales and finds it hard to believe he has been selling windows for over 27 years. He feels fortunate that more than 20 of those have been exclusively selling Marvin. He enjoys helping clients and working in the construction industry. Proud to work for a company that cares so much about producing the best products, Bill states; “I couldn’t sell any other window”. Bill describes his free time fun as vacationing with family and boating. A boy and his boat on a bon voyage. Sweet.
Kent Iwema, Sales Manager
Kent has sold Marvin products for 22 years at only two dealers. When the first window dealer Kent worked for opted to discontinue its Marvin line in the early 90’s, Kent had no other thought than to work for another Marvin dealer. Talk about loyalty! More than a decade later, Kent is now Sales Manager at Marvin Design Gallery and more enthusiastic then ever about Marvin products. Ray Mattucci, Sales
Ray has been with Marvin Design Gallery for nearly a decade and came to Marvin with a broad range of construction practice and skill in all phases of exterior remodeling, roofing, siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and window replacement. He works closely with architects and designers to collaborate on design ideas, with a concentration in historic replications. Ray devotes his free time to his growing and active kids. Correction. Ray devotes every bit of his time to his growing and active kids, which gives him no free time (and wouldn’t trade a minute for his own).
John Sampey, Sales
Working in the wood window business for almost 25 years and more than ten years selling Marvin products, John prides himself on finding solutions to any window situation, and following up with accurate and timely quotes. Attributing the success of Marvin Design Gallery to unwavering client commitment, John makes the proud claim that he works for “the best Marvin World Class Dealer!” John’s puts his great team spirit to good use at home too, coaching his kids in wrestling, football, and baseball.
