Support Staff
We believe the most knowledgeable Marvin specialists and service providers in the area are on our staff. Thanks to our extensive product training and continuing education, we can assist you in every aspect of your project--from executing design plans, to coordinating delivery and installation.
Collectively, we have over 90 years experience. Customer service does define us. For that simple reason, we have been the gold standard Marvin Windows and Doors dealer since we began our relationship with Marvin in 1992.

Shavon Emanuelson
Shavon has been with Marvin Design Gallery since 2004 as Sr. Sales Assistant, Inside Sales and Marketing with over 14 years experience. It is Shavon’s smiling face that you’ll see when you visit Marvin Design Gallery. She is here to help customers when they come into the showroom; showing you our windows and doors and answering your questions. Shavon has over 13 years experience in the window and door industry. During her free hours, you can find Shavon spending smiley time with her family and grandchildren.
Gary Garreau
Gary joined Estates Windows in 1997 and Marvin Design Gallery in 2009 as a Service Technician. Gary has over 20 years experience in the window and door industry. Gary is an Installation Masters trained installer, a Marvin Trained Service Technician and is certified in safe lead removal practices. When he’s not fixing windows, Gary can be found doing projects around his home (aka more fixing) and on the golf course (aka more fixing).
Andy Goodman
Andy Goodman joined our staff in 2011. He started here after graduating from DePaul University where he majored in sociology. Andrew holds the positions of Sales Project Assistant and Service Coordinator. He prepares your quotes and is available to talk to you about your quotes. He also helps in the Service Department as a Service Coordinator preparing quotes and scheduling appointments. Andy is a Volvo Enthusiast; repairing cars, and taking automotive classes at a local college in his spare time.
Kelly Hightower
Kelly has been with Marvin Design Gallery since 1999. She started her career here as an Office Coordinator and currently holds the position of Senior Sales Project Assistant. Kelly is the one who will prepare your quotes, order your product and be available to answer any of your questions. Kelly is married and has a daughter and a dog. During her free time, she enjoys motorcycle riding and the outdoors… good thing as you just can’t get away from the outdoors on a bike.
Natalie Lucas
Natalie has been with Marvin Design Gallery since 1996. She started her career here doing general office work and currently holds the position of Senior Sales Project Assistant. Natalie assists the Salesmen by pricing their quotes, preparing the quotes for customers, and ordering your product. And if that isn’t enough job description for one person, she also makes sure that you have a positive experience with your order. Natalie has two purrfect cats, enjoys reading, and spending time with family and friends during her free time.
Lee Trevithick
Lee joined Marvin Design Gallery part time in 2006 and full time in 2009. She began her career at Estates Windows, our sister company in 1997 and left the company in 2001 to stay at home with her young son. Lee is currently a Service Coordinator at Marvin Design Gallery. She schedules our service technicians to insure that we get out to your home as quickly as possible to take care of your issue. In her free time Lee enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and watching scary movies.
Tom Warner
Tom joined Marvin Design Gallery in 2008 as a Service Technician. It is Tom you will see in your home to fix any of your window and door issues. Tom has a background in construction and over 17 years experience in the window and door field, both in new construction and remodeling. Tom is an AAMA Certified Window Installer, a Marvin Trained Service Technician, and is certified in safe lead removal practices. During his free time you can find Tom outdoors either on his boat or motorcycle. Another biker…what is it about windows and bikers?
