Marvin Design Gallery handles warranty claims for products purchased through us. Warranty claims for products purchased elsewhere should be submitted to the dealer or distributor through which they were purchased.
MARVIN WINDOWS & DOORS
Your Marvin product is warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship and comes with a limited 10-year warranty.
The insulating glass in your Marvin products comes with a limited 20 year warranty against visible obstruction through the glass caused by a failure of the insulating glass air seal.
THERMA-TRU, SIMPSON, & VELUX
Therma-Tru, SIMPSON, & VELUX brand purchases receive the full benefits of their warranties which vary by brand and product line. Check with your Marvin Design Gallery salesperson for the warranty benefits specific to your Marvin Design Gallery purchase.
